Acrylic needle felt

The chemical name of the acrylic needle-punched felt dust bag is polyacrylonitrile. It is used as a raw material to make felt by acupuncture method, and then undergo a special water repellent treatment to obtain an acrylic medium-temperature hydrolysis-resistant needle-punched filter felt. Needle-punched felt uses acrylic woven fabric as the base fabric to enhance vertical and horizontal strength. Has excellent chemical resistance and hydrolysis resistance. It is widely used in dust collection of waste incineration, asphalt, spray dryer, coal mill, power plant and other flue gas. It has the following characteristics:

  1. The continuous working temperature is 130 degrees, and it does not exceed 140 degrees in an instant;
  2. Good acid and alkali resistance, PH value is between 3-11;
  3. Relative humidity is less than 30%, pay attention to oxidation.

Acrylic needle-punched felt is a fine fiber cloth that uses a non-woven process and uses acrylic reinforcing fibers to stagger and distribute evenly. The surface is processed by hot rolling and singeing to make the surface smooth and not easy to be blocked by dust. Acrylic needle felt dust bag has a temperature resistance of 140-160 degrees Celsius. It is the medium temperature filter material dust bag with the best acid resistance, alkali resistance and hydrolysis resistance. Acrylic fiber was invented by DuPont in 1950. It has a round or eight-shaped appearance, a smooth surface, is not easy to absorb water, is resistant to acid, alkali and sunlight, and is not easy to yellow, and is easy to dye. It is usually called polyacrylonitrile fiber. The strength of acrylic fiber itself is not very superior. Generally, polyester filament base cloth or mixed base cloth of acrylic and polyester is used to enhance the strength of needle felt.
