1、Polyester needle felt dust bag

The polyester needle felt dust bag has the advantages of high porosity, good air permeability, high dust collection efficiency and long service life. Because of its moderate temperature resistance, it can reach 120°C in an instant. It has the characteristics of moderate acid and alkali resistance and very good abrasion resistance.

2、Anti-static polyester needle felt

Acid resistance, weak alkali resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, good recovery, and poor electrical conductivity. Heat resistance: 130℃, breaking elongation: 20-50%, breaking strength 438g/d. The melting point is 238-240℃, and the fusing point is 255-260℃. The polyester anti-static needle felt has a smooth surface, good abrasion resistance, high strength, higher strength after twisting, and better abrasion resistance. Therefore, the fabric has good air permeability, fast water leakage and convenient cleaning.

3、Coated polyester needle felt

The characteristics of coated polyester needle felt: large air permeability, low resistance, good filtration efficiency, large dust holding capacity, high dust stripping rate, it is the best filter material for sterilization and dust removal. Polyester felt and PET film can be made into various filter bags, filter cartridges and filters, which are widely used in the treatment and recovery of flue gas and dust particles in the industrial fields of cement, metallurgy, food, coating, petrochemical plastics, etc.

4、Water and oil repellent filter material

Compared with ordinary filter media, it not only has water and oil repellent properties, but also has anti-caking and peeling properties for dust. The dust entering the bag filter contains more moisture, oily, hygroscopic and deliquescent dust, and a water film may be formed on the surface of the dust to increase adhesion.
