PPS filter bag
The PPS filter bag is a thin fiber cloth with interlaced fibers and uniformly distributed gaps using a non-woven needle punching process. The surface of the needled felt produced from polyester staple fiber and polyester twisted yarn is subjected to post-treatments such as hot rolling, singeing or coating, so that the surface of the needled felt is smooth and not easy to be blocked by dust. The filter material has a large air gap ratio, good air permeability, wide application range, and strong chemical resistance. It can not only filter room temperature gas, but also filter acid and alkali corrosive gases, filter water, filter oil under normal temperature conditions, and liquid-solid separation.
During the operation of the bag filter, the dust in the air contains more water, oil and moisture-absorbing deliquescent dust. However, when dust removal is difficult, especially when the high temperature gas is in a high humidity state, condensation will occur due to the cooling effect of the outside air. This will not only cause the collected dust to scale and block the surface of the filter material, but also increase the running resistance of the dust removal equipment, which directly affects the normal operation of the dust removal equipment. The waterproof and oil-proof needle felt can effectively prevent the adhesion and penetration of water and various oils. Compared with ordinary filter materials, PPS filter bags not only have the properties of water and oil resistance, but also have the properties of anti-caking and easy dust removal.
Generally, when the industrial dust concentration reaches a certain range, to prevent electrostatic discharge from generating spark dust, explosive dust, etc. In the case of electrostatic discharge, there is a possibility of explosion. If it is necessary to use PPS filter bag to collect dust, it is required that the made PPS filter bag has antistatic function. In addition to the ordinary needle felt production process, the antistatic filter material should be produced by combining conductive fibers into the warp yarns of the base fabric used for needle felt production and mixing conductive fibers.
