New technology and old cloth bags should not be mixed, to avoid different damage times affecting the normal operation of dust removal equipment.
The aging of the bag. Mainly due to the following reasons, it is necessary to investigate the cause, take elimination measures and replace the dust filter bag. ①It hardens and shrinks due to abnormally high temperature; ②Reacts due to contact with acid, alkali or organic solvent vapor; ③Reacts with moisture.
The filter cloth should not be hung too loosely or tightly. Too loose and easy to accumulate dust, and too tight to be damaged.
The replaced dust collector bag should be blown clean with compressed air first, and then check for any holes. After the holes are repaired, keep them for replacement. If the cloth bag is stuck with dust, rinse it with water, let it dry and set aside.
Blockage of the dust collector bag. When the dust collector bag is blocked, the resistance increases, which can be reflected by the increase in the reading of the differential pressure gauge. The clogging of the dust collector bag is the main cause of the phenomenon of the cloth bag being worn, perforated and falling off. Generally, the following measures are taken: ①Temporarily strengthen dust removal to eliminate clogging of the cloth bag; ②Replace the cloth bag partially or completely; ③Adjust the installation and operating conditions.
