Mesh count refers to the total number of holes which is arranged in length of one inch. For example,if the mesh count is 10,that means there are 10 holes arranged in one inch.

The type of mesh is measured by mesh count and mesh diameter. The size of the mesh diameter directly affects the strength of the screen and the size of the mesh. The larger the mesh diameter, the stronger the screen and the longer it can be used, but the effective sieve area is decreased, and the amount of slurry is reduced.
