Guizhou Venture Water Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Tianjin Entrepreneurship Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., together with Guizhou Jiantianxia Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and China Huaxi Engineering Design and Construction Co., Ltd., formed a consortium to bid for the PPP project of Shibing County and township sewage treatment project. The total investment of the project is about RMB 99.5094 million, including the stock asset project and the incremental asset project, and the stock asset TOT incremental asset BOT mode operation.
The cooperation period of the project is 28 years, of which the construction period is 1 year and the operation period is 27 years. Guizhou Pioneer Water will establish a project company with representatives of Guizhou Jiantianxia and government funders. The project company will invest, construct, operate and maintain the project, and collect sewage treatment service fees and pipe network service fees.
