After removing the dust bag from the packing box (it must be installed into the hole of the flower board immediately, you can’t remove the dust bag beforehand). Complete the following steps:
1. Hold the end of the dust bag open by hand while keeping the rest of the dust bag folded, and push the folded dust bag part into the sleeve to pass through the board. After the folding bag of the dust bag is opened under the panel, the top of the dust bag is released and the slotted cushion spring is placed on the sleeve of the panel.
2. Allow the weight of the dust bag to slowly fix the position, and let the metal ring pull out the sleeve from the top of the dust bag. Fit the sleeve into the panel hole.
3. Hold the grooved mat spring ring with both hands (do not pull up the dust bag), and press the spring ring into the “C” shape with both hands. While holding the spring loop in a “C” shape, place the raised side of the grooved spring coil to the nearest edge of the panel hole. One hand holds the side of the “C” shaped spring loop that has been fitted into the raised bulge, and the other hand holds the raised “C” shape on the edge of the panel.
4. With one hand holding the raised “C” spring ring on one side, the other hand slowly stretches the other side of the spring loop. The slot of the spring ring is just embedded in the flower plate hole.
5. If you can’t hear the sound when the spring ring is fully extended, use a female hand to push the spring ring toward the inner edge of the plate, so that the slot of the spring ring is just embedded in the flower plate hole. .
6. In general, you should be able to hear the sound of a “cockroach”. Otherwise, the spring loop will be flexed into a “C” shape from another position. Lift the spring ring higher than the board and repeat the above installation procedure.
7. Install the dust bag frame into the dust bag. During the installation, be sure to put the frame slowly into the dust bag. If there is a large resistance, you must pull up some of it and then gently lower it. If the resistance is still relatively large, repeat the operation until Drop it easily. Prevent scratches on the frame corner dust bag! Do not allow the frame to hit the dust bag!
8. Make sure that the dust bag seals seal well with the face plate face.
9. Install the dust bag frame locator or fasteners and confirm that the dust bag/dust bag frame gasket works under the proper pressure.
