This cleaning method applies the highest cleaning kinetic energy to the dust layer and is a typical way of external cleaning. The fine ash power is very strong, and the residual amount of dust attached inside the dust bag (filter bag) yarn is relatively small, and the dust bag (filter bag) used is generally a felt or a needle felt. The dust filter bag under the pulse jet action is very deformed instantaneously, resulting in great stress, so it is necessary to use strong filter media. The dust bag (filter bag) often rubs against the skeleton, so wear-resistant dust filter bags are used, and fabric dust bags (filter bags) can also be used.

4, gas ring cleaning cleaning

Due to the relatively good dust removal performance, the dust bag (filter bag) is required to have good rigidity, fine pores, and good wear resistance. This kind of dust removal requires that the dust bag (filter material) has flexibility and also requires certain rigidity. When fabric dust filter bags are used, satin and twill fabrics are suitable. However, from the aspects of dust removal efficiency, filtration speed, and anti-wear strength of the frame, it is appropriate to use needle felts. The best choice is 300 600g/m2 needle felt. Very few woven fabrics are used, and if necessary, various surface treatments should be performed.

6, back hair – vibration cleaning

The cleaning energy applied to the dust layer by the cleaning dust is of low energy type. The initial use of fabric dust bag (filter bag) is mostly. At present, most needle felts are used mainly for the purpose of improving the filtration speed. The needle felts require a cloth weight of 280-350 g/m2 and a thickness of 1.0-1.3 mm, and the air permeability is better. In the sewing and installation of the dust filter bag, we usually tighten the dust filter bag and prevent the middle size of the filter from stretching. When the dust filter bag reaches about 2% elongation, the dust removal effect deteriorates, so the dust is removed.
