- Increase the speed of the centrifuge drum. (within the safety allowable range, and the material is non-corrosive or less corrosive)
- Increase the filtration area in the centrifuge drum.
Increase the lining net to keep a slight gap between the filter bag and the centrifuge drum to increase the water permeability.
Increase the cross-sectional area, such as adding a V-shaped filter baffle.
3. Reduce the amount of dewatering and filtering material in each centrifuge, and increase the amount of material to be discharged.
4. If the material is viscous, wash it within the allowable range of the process.
