PPS dust bag characteristics:
(1) General performance: PPS dust bag material PPS is a white, high crystallinity, hard and brittle polymer, the relative {HotTag} density of pure PPS is 1.3, but it will increase after modification. PPS has a very low water absorption rate, generally only about 0.03%. PPS dust bag is good in flame retardancy, its oxygen index is as high as 44%; compared with other plastics, it is a high flame retardant material in plastics (pure PVC oxygen index is 47%, PSF is 30%, PA66 is 29 %, MPPO 28%, PC 25%).

(2) Mechanical properties: The mechanical properties of pure PPS are not high, especially the impact strength is relatively low. With glass fiber reinforced, the impact strength will be greatly increased, from 27J/m to 76J/m, which is increased by 3 times; the tensile strength is increased from 6Mpa to 137Mpa, increased by 1 time. PPS is very rigid and rare in engineering plastics. The bending modulus of pure PPS can reach 3.8Gpa, and the inorganic filling modification can reach 12.6Gpa more than 5 times. The rigid PPO is only 2.55Gpa, PC is only 2.1Gpa.

(3) Thermal properties: PPS has excellent thermal properties, short-term resistance to 260 °C, and long-term use at 200 ~ 240 °C; its heat resistance and PI equivalent, second only to F4 plastic, which is also in thermosetting plastics Rare.

(4) Electrical properties: The electrical properties of the PPS dust bag are outstanding. Compared with other engineering plastics, the dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent are relatively low, and change within a relatively wide frequency, temperature, and temperature range. Not great; PPS has good arc resistance, comparable to thermosetting plastics. PPS dust bag is often used for electrical insulation materials, the amount can account for about 30%.

(5)Environmental performance: One of the biggest characteristics of PPS dust bag material is good chemical resistance, its chemical stability can be second only to F4; PPS dust bag to most of the acid, ester, ketone, aldehyde, phenol and aliphatic hydrocarbon, aromatic Hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, etc. are stable, not resistant to chlorinated biphenyls and oxidizing acids, oxidants, concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, aqua regia, hydrogen peroxide, and sodium hypochlorite. PPS has good radiation resistance.
